Payment Terms

All payments for services provided by studiowavex.net must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods as outlined at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure studio time for audio-video production, sound wave engineering, multi-camera setups, and live recording sessions. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or prior to delivery of final materials, whichever occurs first.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for services once production has commenced, including but not limited to professional studio production and live recordings. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled session may receive a full refund of the deposit minus an administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or sessions abandoned by the client.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, studiowavex.net will provide remedies for services that are not delivered with due care and skill.
